A: Next day booking payments are due within 4hrs of booking.All other payments allow 12hrs for payment to be received before being canceled.
Q: Will I be issued a refund if I wasn't online at the time of my activity, or someone was at the session I don't like?
A: NO! it's no fault of BUCCOO REEF however if this happens the info will be pass on to the CEO who will decide how you can be accommodated.
Q: Today is my check in day but I no longer wants to check in I rather just get my money back
A: Please understand that certain add-ons as such as decor, need to be prepped for and staff need to be aware for time
Q: It's 15mins before my check-in time. How do I get to the sim?
A: Your personal concierge will contact you 5-10 minutes prior to the time stated in your confirmation NC. Please do not message prior to arrival time.
